Global Lives Protected

As of 31 March 2024

Doing well goes hand in hand with doing good. We seek to harness the power and success of our business endeavours to support causes that truly matter. The impact we see and create fuels our mission to amplify social good and empower our future generations. This commitment resonates with us now more than ever, as we continue to navigate the global challenges of our age.

Established by Dr Peter Lee Ka-kit in 2007, the Care for Life Foundation is committed to launching and supporting a wide array of charitable projects and causes, with particular focuses on “Medical Assistance for Children with Birth Defects”, “Educational Support for Children in Need”, “Industrial Support for Underprivileged Families and Children” and “Disaster and COVID Relief”.

In addition to directly covering the medical expenses of children with congenital heart disease, the foundation encourages and supports partnering medical institutions to actively conduct screenings and extend assistance to remote and underdeveloped areas in an effort to offer timely relief to children in urgent need of medical treatment. At the same time, community services are provided to these children throughout their surgical treatment.

As of May 2023, a combined total of over 62,000 children with birth defects have benefitted from the foundation’s support.

Founded by Dr Peter Lee Ka-kit in 2008, the Centum Charitas Foundation (CCF) brings together Hong Kong’s prominent entrepreneurial families to support worthy causes and promote partnerships between businesses and social welfare groups. Over the past 14 years, CCF has made a profound impact, benefitting over 170,000 individuals in the local community.

CCF is also committed to empowering talented youth to become change-makers and address pressing social and global issues that stem from climate change and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI). In 2019, CCF launched a community-wide AI education programme to provide coding education to our next generation as an early intervention. To date, the initiative has equipped over 60,000 students with such essential future-ready skills.
